ART 1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
The acceptance of the terms and conditions represents a sale-purchase contract concluded between the Client and SC ARCO EXPERT SRL, as the owner of the website and implicitly of the online store, which will be called the Seller.

This sales contract between the Customer and the Seller creates mutual rights and obligations for both parties.
The seller assumes the right to make changes to these provisions without further notice, therefore we recommend that you read carefully each time to see the conditions that you have agreed to comply with.
ART 2. CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION
Your personal data will be used by the SELLER only for the stated purpose of this website. The information in the order form will be used to send you order confirmation, possible promotions, periodic newsletters, etc. The seller undertakes not to make public or not to sell the databases containing information about your personal data except in the case of requests from competent control bodies.
ART 3. PROMOTIONS AND COMPETITIONS
The seller establishes himself the regulations of the promotions and contests he organizes. These regulations are made known to potential participants only through their own website. Only those orders that strictly comply with the rules displayed on the website benefit from promotions. Also, the promotions only apply to orders that are registered by the company during the period of time in which the promotion is valid and only within the limit of available stock. The seller does not guarantee the availability of the products in stock for the promotion and may interrupt or cancel it at any time without any prior notification.
ART 4. MINORS
Seller does not sell to minors. If you are a minor and access the website and want to purchase some products, ask your parents or legal guardian to confirm the order. Attention, in the case of orders sent by minors, the parents will be responsible for accepting the order!
ART 5. PRINTING ERRORS
In the case of printing errors vis-a-vis the price or technical details, the Seller undertakes to notify the Customer who ordered the product as soon as possible and to return the money to him if the delivery was not made. If the delivery has been made and the Customer wishes to return the product, this will be done at the Seller's expense and the value of the product will also be returned.
ART. 6. CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER-CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Confirmation of the order by the Customer implicitly represents the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the sales contract. The date of the contract is the order confirmation date and the products become the property of the Customer at the time of full payment of the order.
ART 7. ORDER PROCEDURE
All the products that you want to buy will be placed in the basket.
When you finish ordering all the desired products, complete the order, enter your personal data and confirm by:
- Confirmation email: after sending the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with the ordered products and their data.
- Telephone contact: The customer can be contacted by telephone by an operator of the Seller to establish together details related to payment and delivery.
ART 8. PAYMENT
Payment is made as follows:
For legal entities, payment is made in cash at the time of delivery or with a payment order (advance or term - depending on the clauses in the contract)
ART 9. DELIVERY: METHODS AND TAXES
The delivery term for orders placed - on working days - on the website until 3 p.m. is 24 hours for the localities where there is a Fan Courier center and a maximum of 48 hours for the adjacent delivery areas.
The transport fee for deliveries in the country and Bucharest is 16 lei and 0 lei (supported by us) for orders over 350 lei (without VAT)
