The Book Metropolis Series cover for the iPad 7 10.2 inch from UAG is a very light protection despite the massive appearance. It is composed of quality materials that successfully absorb shocks and protect against scratches. The edges are slightly reinforced, and the case in which the tablet is attached is flexible. Meets Military Drop Tested MIL STD 810G 516.6 protection standards against shocks and water drops. The cover is slightly textured and has a slim design that offers a very good grip in the hand in addition to effective protection against scratches and shocks. It offers a pleasant feeling to the touch and a special look. It has exact cutouts for the ports and functions of the iPad so that it can be used without removing the case. It also has a large cutout on the side to securely attach and hold the Apple Pencil (Pencil sold separately). The stand function allows viewing photo/video content, reading or typing in the most comfortable position. The flap is lined with a fine material on the inside for extra protection. It supports the on/off screen function of the tablet so that when closing/opening the flap, the screen opens and closes respectively.
The front cover can be detached from the back cover, the latter can be used together with the tablet when you need quick access.
